What is a central supplier database?

The Central Supplier Database maintains a database of organisations, institutions and individuals who can provide goods and services to government.

How do I check if a company is registered with CSD?

Please follow the following steps to perform a CSD search: STEP 1: Click on Search and select the Supplier Search option. STEP 2: Complete basic search elements like supplier commodity (eg: Cloth Mask), delivery location, tax complaint -, local address – and verified bank account indicator and click on Search.

How do I get my CSD report?

1. Click on Report, followed by Registration;
2. Enter your Supplier number and the Unique Registration Reference Number;
3. Click View Report.

How do I update my CSD information online?

1. Log in to the CSD and go to the Bank tab;
2. Click the edit icon next to the relevant bank account and then click the Re-submit Bank Details button. Provided nothing needs to change on the CSD, the details as they are on the CSD will be sent to be re-verified against the updated details at the bank.
