What do I need for a Cell C contract?
You must bring the following documentation with you in order to have your SIM card registered:
- Green bar-coded ID book, Smart ID Card or Passport.
- Proof of physical address (such as a lights and water account or retail account which is not older than three (3) months)

Can I cancel my Cell C contract?
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), a mobile network subscriber can cancel a fixed-term contract before the original expiry date. The subscriber must give 20 business days’ notice in written or recorded form.
