If you need to report fraud, call the FNB Single Fraud Line: 087 575 9444 immediately and provide the agent with a detailed account of the incident^[1].
If you are outside South Africa, call +27 11 369 2924^[2].

Once your incident is logged, you will receive a reference number via SMS on your inContact number. Remember to print and complete the Fraud claim form and send it to FNB within 3 days using your reference number in the subject line^[1].
