What is a Monthly Assistance Benefit and how does it work? This benefit pays a monthly amount (cover amount) for a period of 3 months following the death of the policyholder only.

You may email the Office directly using: oia@hollard.co.za. The Internal Adjudicator will investigate your complaint objectively and independently. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by Hollard in Step 1 or Step 2, you may submit your complaint to the relevant Ombudsman.
