Legal expense insurance, also known as legal protection insurance is a short-term insurance product which provides you cover for your legal fees when you need the services of a lawyer. Legal insurance would cover you for legal fees for both in-court and out-of-court matters.
What does LegalWise cover?
LegalWise assists with the drafting of letters of demand addressed to third parties in matters pertaining to the Small Claims Court and other kinds of disputes, provided that no exclusion applies (as in the case of deceased estates and tax matters).
How much is LegalWise per month?
R125/month. Up to R125 000 for legal fees per case. R18 000 cash pay-out for legal expenses in the case of the accidental death of the main Member.
