Under My Momentum, enter your email address or username and the password that you selected when you created your online profile and then click Log in. Review your benefits and understand how they work, check your benefit statement and read the member guide. Change your personal details.

What does momentum cover?

You have unlimited GP visits (from the 11^th visit onwards, you need to obtain pre-authorisation), basic eye care and dentistry, prescribed medicine, specialist visits. You also get 3 virtual doctor consultations per beneficiary per year from the GP Virtual Consultationsget_app and much more.
