    Good day
My name is Ruth Mashaba yesterday the 11th April 2025 my mom and I went to shop few things at Bophelong pick n pay in Ivory Park ext 3, I got the bad!/unpleasant customer services from one of the cashier by the name of Jabulile Tshabalala around 13:11pm during the day, we purchased 10 items which cost me and my mom the total amount of R191, the mistake she did was she gave us a change which was shortfall of R144. 40, we then realized that the change she gave us was not enough, we then went back to let her know that the change she gave us had shortfall, but the manner which she behaved was rude disrespectful and undermining which was unacceptable, we then confronted the store supervisor by the name of Lutendo Mukhele with the very same bad attitude but later corrected Jabulile mistake after she left us unattended telling us that she is going for her lunch break…
Their service was bad as they don’t have sense of humor and not wanting to acknowledge the mistake she did but giving us attitude I am not sure if the attitude was because the color of our skin and that we leave at as the store is based or it’s because she thinks we uneducated I don’t know but her service was totally disappointing, and if the store will take this matter serious I will have to involve my lawyers as we can’t be sevrd with bad attitude we need pick n pay and pick n pay need us to but if the service is bad we will go somewhere to shop like boxer and checkers, and also bear in mind that losing 1 customer will cost a loss to the supermarket as it’s already in financial crisis as to.many pick n pays have closed down……
