An independent South African directory that helps you reach the right organisation through its own official channels.
ContactDetails.co.za is a directory. We collect the published contact routes for South African organisations — banks, insurers, medical aid schemes, government departments, municipalities, telecoms operators, retailers and others — and organise them so you can find the right one quickly.
Each listing is meant to be a starting point that sends you to the organisation’s own support line, email address, WhatsApp channel, web form or complaint process.
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any organisation listed on this site. We cannot access your account, process a claim, issue a refund, or answer on a company’s behalf. Contacting us is not the same as contacting them.
If you need help from a specific organisation, use the contact routes on that organisation’s page — not our contact form, which reaches this directory only.
Contact routes are drawn from the organisation’s own public sources: its website, mobile app, published customer charters, regulatory filings and official social media accounts. Where an organisation publishes several routes for different purposes, we try to say which one fits which situation.
Details change often. A number that was correct last quarter may have been retired, moved to a shared call centre, or replaced by a web form. That is why every page tells you to confirm the route on the provider’s live official website or app before you act on it.
Contact-detail fraud is a real problem in South Africa. Fake call centre numbers, spoofed bank lines, cloned support pages and “change of banking details” scams all depend on someone trusting a contact route they found through an unofficial channel.
Our verification section covers how to check whether a number, email address or message is genuine, and our guides explain how to complain or escalate when the first line of support does not resolve your issue.
If a contact detail is out of date, an organisation is missing, or a page points you somewhere unhelpful, please tell us through the contact page. Include the page address and what you found, and we will review it.
