Correctional Services HR Contact Details
Department of Correctional Services (DCS) HR for head office posts is reached at NationalOfficeHRM@dcs.gov.za, and each region has its own recruitment mailbox listed below. DCS runs human resources through a National Office HRM section and six regional Recruitment Sections, as published in DPSA Public Service Vacancy Circular 16 of 2025. For general DCS queries rather than recruitment, call the Tshegetso call centre on 0860 000 327 or the head office switchboard on 012 307 2000.
The dcs.gov.za website has no dedicated HR page. Vacancies are also listed on the DCS careers portal, careers.dcs.gov.za. For general DCS queries, see Department of Correctional Services contact details.
