Suzuki Auto South Africa is the local distributor for the Japanese vehicle manufacturer, selling and servicing through a franchised dealer network. The contact details below were read from the Suzuki Auto South Africa contact page on 2 September 2026.
Official contact channels
- Customer care / dealer network: 086 151 1111
- Email: [email protected]
- Online: the enquiry form on suzukiauto.co.za, and the dealer finder
Suzuki says this itself, and it is the most useful thing on the page: head office does not directly sell or service cars. For a vehicle price, a service booking or a test drive, the dealer answers faster – customer care will route you there anyway.
086 151 1111 is a shared-cost line, not toll-free. Dealers publish their own geographic numbers, which are ordinary-rate calls.
What this organisation provides
Suzuki Auto South Africa distributes the Suzuki passenger range, supports the dealer network on parts and technical matters, and runs the national customer care function.
The enquiry form asks you to pick a category, which determines who replies. The published options include sales information, find a dealer, parts enquiry, complaint, compliment, stock enquiry, technical assistance, prices, service enquiry, a part for a repair, and dealership opportunities.
The form also asks whether you have already raised the matter with your dealer. That is a deliberate gate – head office expects the dealer to have had a chance first, so a complaint arrives better prepared if you can name the dealer, the date and the outcome.
Address and operating information
Suzuki does not publish a head office street address or customer care operating hours on its contact page. Dealers are listed individually with their own addresses and numbers – for example Suzuki JHB South at 73 Main Street, Rosettenville, and Suzuki Rosebank at 158 Jan Smuts Avenue.
Because no corporate address is published, request it in writing through customer care rather than posting formal correspondence to an address found on a directory.
Support and escalation routes
Take a fault or service dispute to the dealer principal first, with the VIN, job card number and dates. Then use 086 151 1111 or the complaint category on the enquiry form, keeping the reference.
A vehicle defect appearing within six months of delivery is covered by the Consumer Protection Act, where the choice of repair, replacement or refund is the consumer’s. Manufacturer warranty terms sit alongside that right rather than replacing it.
If Suzuki does not resolve it, the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa adjudicates consumer disputes with the motor industry at no cost. A vehicle finance dispute goes instead to the National Credit Regulator, since that agreement is with the bank rather than with Suzuki.
