The SANTS student login is a separate site from the main SANTS website. Students looking for it on sants.co.za will not find a login form there, because the portal sits on its own address.

Requirements
Telephone support runs on weekdays only, from 09:00 to 16:30, so a login problem over a weekend has to go by email. Applications are made through the same portal at the apply address rather than on the main website.
Steps
Go to mysants.sants.co.za and sign in there rather than through the main site menu. If you are applying for the first time, use the apply path on the same portal. Keep your student number to hand, since it is what identifies you to support rather than your name.
Escalation
SANTS is a registered private higher education institution and publishes a Student Complaints Policy and Procedures document alongside a Student Code of Conduct, both on its website, which set out how a complaint is escalated internally before going further.
