- Body corporate and levy matters belong to the scheme managing agent rather than to Balwin the developer. Those are different organisations with different numbers
- Fibre, rentals and mortgages each run as separate Balwin businesses, so a query about one will not be resolved by the other

- Pay a deposit only into an attorney trust account confirmed on a call you initiated to 011 450 2818. Property deposit fraud works by intercepting an email thread and substituting bank details
