Westvaal White River Contact Details

The Ford number covers parts, service, finance and sales. Each outlet also has service booking and parts enquiry forms on westvaal.co.za. The White River branch page lists managers’ personal cellphones; we have not reproduced those.

Westvaal Motor Group is a multi-franchise dealer group whose brand list runs from Audi, BYD and Ford to Isuzu, Isuzu Trucks, Suzuki and Volkswagen. In White River it covers Isuzu bakkies and SUVs, Volkswagen passenger cars, JAC and Foton light commercial vehicles, and Ford. The group is an authorised financial services provider (FSP 53842), with its registered office at the corner of the N12 and Platan Avenue in Klerksdorp.

All five close on Sundays. Westvaal’s own pages are not fully consistent: one gives the Isuzu street number as 28 rather than 6 Chief Mgiyeni Khumalo Drive, and the Isuzu brand page shows a 17:15 weekday close. Phone ahead if you are arriving near closing time.
Support and escalation routes
Take a sales, service or warranty problem up with the outlet that handled your vehicle first, and ask for a job card or reference. If the dealership does not resolve it, the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa handles complaints about vehicle sales, servicing and repairs on 010 590 8378 or info@miosa.co.za. Warranty work needs a dealer of the same brand, so the Isuzu branch cannot process a Ford warranty claim.
