Searches for a C Tracker contact number in South Africa point to Ctrack, a vehicle telematics and fleet management provider. The contact details below were checked against Ctrack’s contact page on ctrack.com on 19 September 2026.

Three similarly named companies operate in this market and they are not the same business. Ctrack, Cartrack and Tracker are separate providers with separate contact numbers. Check your contract or your device before calling – phoning the wrong one is the commonest reason a tracking query goes nowhere.

If your vehicle has been stolen, phone immediately and do not wait. Recovery depends on acting within minutes. Report the theft to the police as well and get the case number, because a tracking provider and your insurer will both require it.

Where your insurer required a tracking device as a policy condition, keep proof that the subscription was active and the unit functioning. That documentation is what an insurance dispute will turn on.
