Credit Solutions Contact Details
Credit Solutions head office is 0861 113 112, the branch line is 0861 113 118 and the email address is info@creditsolutions.co.za. Head office is the Maxi Building, 1293 South Street, Centurion, 0157. The group runs 71 branches across nine provinces under two names, SWU Credit Solutions and Maxi Credit Solutions. We read this on creditsolutions.co.za on 24 September 2026.
Head office

| Address | Maxi Building, 1293 South Street, Centurion, 0157 |
| Postal | PO Box 15473, Lyttleton, 0140 |
A third number, 086 575 8555, appears on the contact page directly beneath the email address with no label. Numbers in that range are commonly fax-to-email rather than voice lines, and since the company labels its two working numbers explicitly and leaves this one unlabelled, it is not offered here as a way of reaching anyone. Use the two labelled numbers.
The contact form asks you to pick a subject, and the list tells you how enquiries are sorted internally: Loan Inquiry, Funeral Inquiry, Financial Wellness, Fraud/Whistleblowing, Complaints, and Other.
This is a lender, and you may not qualify to be a customer
This is the most important thing to know before you call, because Credit Solutions does not lend to the general public.
The group’s holding company is Orbis Holdings (Pty) Ltd, established in May 1999. It trades through two separate registered credit providers, and each one serves a closed group:
| Company | Registration | Who it lends to |
|---|---|---|
| SWU Credit Solutions (Pty) Ltd | NCRCP390 | Employees of selected approved employers |
| Maxi Credit Solutions (Pty) Ltd | NCRCP1063 | Members of the SA Army Foundation |
So if you walk into a Maxi branch without an SA Army Foundation connection, or an SWU branch without an employer on their approved list, you are in the wrong place. Establish that first and you will save a trip, because most Maxi branches are inside military bases and are not walk-in high street shops.
Three other companies sit in the same group and may explain a call you did not expect: Maxi Corporate Solutions, which does business administration and ICT work, Maxi Forces Financial Services (FSP1966), which is the intermediary for the funeral and life products, and Maxi Trust Services, which handles trust fund administration.
Products across the group are short-term loans, unsecured and housing loans, funeral cover, group life, credit life, the iNani4U benefit and a financial wellness programme.
Four things wrong with the published branch list
The branch tables below come from the two spreadsheets the company’s own website loads. Four problems are worth knowing about before you use them.
The Kroonstad branch email will bounce. It is published as kroonstad@sa-armyfounmdation.co.za. The domain is spelt with an extra letter, and that is not a working address. Phone the branch on 056 212 4317 instead.
Mpumalanga is missing from the province menu. The website’s footprint page lists eight provinces and leaves Mpumalanga out, but the underlying data has two Mpumalanga branches, Middelburg and Nelspruit. Both are in the table below.
One Lohatla number is incomplete. The branch publishes 010 020 7839 alongside a second number of only nine digits. The nine-digit one cannot be dialled as published, so use 010 020 7839.
Two branches share one personal mobile. The Air Force HQ and Waterkloof entries both carry the same mobile number and the same mailbox, and that mailbox is a person’s first name rather than a branch address. The number is published on the company’s own site, so it is in the table, but the mailbox is withheld here because personal mailboxes should not be republished. Write to info@creditsolutions.co.za instead and ask to be put through.
One reassuring cross-check: the SWU Centurion branch entry carries 086 111 3112, which is the head office number 0861 113 112 written with different spacing. Same line, same building.

Which number to use
Use the branch number for anything about your own account, because the branch holds the file.
Use 0861 113 118 when you do not know which branch holds your account, or when the branch line is not answering.
Use 0861 113 112 for head office matters, and the contact form’s Complaints or Fraud/Whistleblowing subject when the issue is about conduct rather than an account balance.
Both 0861 numbers are share-call style prefixes, so they are charged rather than free.
