Complaints ICASA does not handle
ICASA’s complaints procedure sends contract terms, faulty handsets and misleading advertising to the National Consumer Commission, and content-services billing and SMS spam to the Wireless Application Service Providers’ Association. If your complaint is about what was said or shown in a programme, rather than a licence breach or a bill, the Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa (BCCSA) is the other body to contact: 011 326 3130, bccsa@nabsa.co.za, PO Box 412365, Craighall, 2024.
