C-CONNECT customer care is 135, free from a C-CONNECT SIM, and the call centre is 021 493 2701 from any other phone. C-CONNECT describes itself as South Africa’s newest mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), selling prepaid SIMs with a Pocket rewards wallet that pays out Cha-Chings.

For balances and top-ups you do not need to speak to anyone. Dial *105#, use the C-CONNECT app, or log in on the website.
What this organisation provides
C-CONNECT sells prepaid mobile SIMs. Its published rates are 99c a minute for calls to any network, billed per second, 49c per MB of data and 39c per SMS. SIMs are ordered online through Get Your SIM and must be RICA’d; C-CONNECT offers self-RICA.
It is a different company from Cape Connect, the Cape Town internet provider, and from Cell C.
