What the store handles and what head office handles

PostNet stores are independently owned franchises, and a parcel or account query is held by the individual store rather than by head office, so Kolonnade’s own numbers and mailbox are the right routes for anything about a parcel sent from or to this store. The national number is 0860 767 863.

Pretoria has one of the densest PostNet clusters in the country, with stores at Wonderpark, Wonderboom Junction, Pretoria CBD, Pretoria West, Silverton and Kolonnade itself.
