Official contact channels

There is no single national call centre on the Emeris site, and its contact-us address redirects to the About page. Each campus has its own phone number and email, listed above, and those are the official routes for Varsity College students and applicants.

Some campuses also list a separate Vega School line and a “Financial matters” mailbox for fee queries:

Admissions and student support

Application issues and other student queries go through Emeris Assist at emeris.ac.za/assist. You choose a category, such as Admission and Registration, Fees and Funding, Assessments and Results or IT and Systems, and raise a support request. Otherwise, contact your campus Student Relations Centre.

The admissions steps Emeris lists are:

  1. Apply online: complete the application form, pay the R500 non-refundable application fee, and submit your ID (or certified passport) and your latest school report or results.
  2. Accept your offer on the application portal and pay the non-refundable R3 000 pre-registration fee before the expiry date.
  3. Admission is approved once your certified documents reflect on the application portal and you meet the requirements. Submit outstanding results through the portal or your Student Advisor.
  4. Registration: you receive an emailed link to the registration portal with a how-to guide.

Undergraduate contact-study applications close on Friday, 30 October 2026. Late applications carry a R2000 late fee, which does not apply to postgraduate or online studies. The next Open Day listed on campus pages is 10 October 2026, from 9am to 1pm.

Emeris does not publish a separate escalation line. Raise the matter through Emeris Assist so it is logged under the right category, then follow up with your campus Student Relations Centre. For fee disputes, use your campus’s financial matters mailbox.
