Rosebank College student portal
Rosebank College’s campus pages say current students can get in touch with their campus through the Student Hub, reached from the “Student Portal” or “Current Students” link on rosebankcollege.co.za. That link opens a Rosebank College site on the advtechonline.sharepoint.com domain. For support requests, the college’s IIE RC Assist service is at portal.rbi.ac.za/assist. If you cannot log in, call Customer Services on 087 703 6461 or send a WhatsApp to 087 240 6457 with your student number. Always reach the portal from the college’s own website rather than a link in an unexpected message.
Does Rosebank College accept NSFAS?
No. Rosebank College (Rosebank International) does not accept NSFAS and does not offer its own bursaries, because it is a private institution and NSFAS does not fund private colleges. It does accept external bursaries and study loans, and its Payment and Fees page links a student finance facilitation service and a Nedbank education loan.

Rosebank College fees, banking details and deregistration
Rosebank College publishes its tuition fees as downloadable 2026 fee schedules for each campus group and study mode on its Payment and Fees page, rbi.ac.za/payment-fees. The 2026 full-time fee schedule for Braamfontein, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria gives the application fee for South African students as R150 early or R300 late. For account questions, call the Central Finance Office on 087 109 1828.
For teaching fees: teaching qualifications are offered in the IIE Faculty of Education (BEd Foundation Phase, BEd Intermediate Phase, Higher Certificate in ECCE and PGCE), and their fees are in the same fee schedules. No nursing qualification is listed, so there are no nursing fees.
Rosebank College banking details
Pay by EFT using the banking details on the official Payment and Fees page, rbi.ac.za/payment-fees, and use your ID number (new students) or student number (current students) as the reference. Email proof of a bank deposit to drsbank@rbi.ac.za; the admissions FAQ also gives info@rbi.ac.za for proof of payment. Do not use banking details sent to you in a message.
How to deregister at Rosebank College
Rosebank College publishes no separate deregistration form or line. Its FAQ says any refund on cancellation or deregistration depends on the point at which you deregister, under the Terms and Conditions of your contract, and that the application fee and deposit are non-refundable. Ask the Central Finance Office on 087 109 1828 about your account.
Does Rosebank College offer a matric rewrite?
Rosebank College does not list a matric rewrite or upgrade programme, or matric rewrite fees, in its qualifications or FAQ. A similarly named “Rosebank Progress College” is a different institution. Confirm on 086 1253 276 or WhatsApp 087 240 6457.
Rosebank College and Rosebank International
The website footer states that Rosebank International is an educational brand of The Independent Institute of Education (Pty) Ltd, which is why qualifications are listed as IIE qualifications and why the college’s services use rbi.ac.za and IIE names. A reply from an @rbi.ac.za address is from the same institution. Qualifications are offered in contact (full-time), blended learning and online modes across the faculties of Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Law, Education, Humanities and Social Science, and Information and Communications Technology.
Before you contact Rosebank College
Current students should quote their student number in every call, WhatsApp or email. For a fee query, have your statement or proof of payment ready when you call 087 109 1828. Prospective students should know which qualification, campus and study mode they are interested in; the website’s Admissions section covers application and registration, admission FAQs, information for parents and international students. Keep a note of the date, the channel used and any reference number, so a follow-up does not start from scratch.
