Rosebank Online Contact Details
Rosebank’s online (distance) students are supported by the RI Online team on 087 703 6461, with student account queries on 087 109 1828 and support tickets through RI Assist, including its WhatsApp bot on 067 928 1311. The Student Portal is where you log in with your student number and password. These details were read on rbi.ac.za, the Rosebank International website that rosebankcollege.co.za now links to, on 16 September 2026.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory, not Rosebank International or The IIE. We cannot reset a portal password, see an application or change a fee account.

The RI Online contact page says current students should reach the team through the Student Hub, which is the “Student Portal” button on that page. Older pages on rosebankcollege.co.za still show the ethics address as rcethics@rbi.ac.za, while the rbi.ac.za pages show riethics@rbi.ac.za.
Admissions and student support
Online study at Rosebank International is The IIE’s distance learning mode. The Study Online page lists online higher certificates, diplomas, degrees and postgraduate qualifications, including an MCom in Strategic Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and IT diplomas in Software Development and Network Management. Students choose how many modules to take to suit their work and family commitments, can book one-on-one consultations with lecturers, programme coordinators and information specialists, and can use an Academic TV channel on YouTube with platform and module videos.
The college’s FAQ describes the online registration route in five steps:
- Click Register on rbi.ac.za to create a registration profile.
- Complete the online registration contract.
- Pay the deposit on the website.
- Upload your supporting documents and proof of payment.
- Submit.
A 10% deposit is payable once you are approved for admission, and you select modules and payment terms in the registration portal. Application fees are non-refundable. Rosebank International does not offer bursaries and does not accept NSFAS, but it does accept external bursaries and study loans. Online students have no campus counter to visit for routine matters, so most tasks run through three systems:
- Student Portal: log in with your student number and password, open Statement and Payments, then Request Statement to download a fee statement.
- Student Information System (SIS): your academic transcript is under My Results, and documents can be uploaded there.
- RI Learn: the learning platform; its how-to guide is on the Student Portal.
Pay fees online, or by EFT using your student number as the reference. Take the payment link only from rbi.ac.za or from the college itself, never from a third-party page.
Campus/address information
RI Online is based at the Northfield Building, 23 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein, with postal address PO Box 142, Wits, 2050. RI Online’s opening hours are 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturday; it is closed on Sunday.
Escalation routes
- Log a ticket on RI Assist or through the WhatsApp bot, and note the ticket number.
- If the ticket stalls, phone the RI Online team on 087 703 6461, or the debtors line on 087 109 1828 for a fee matter, quoting the ticket number.
- Report misconduct or assessment fraud to the ethics hotline rather than the service lines.
- The IIE is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private higher education institution; the department’s call centre is 0800 87 2222.
