Note that the PAIA manual prints a fax number directly beneath each telephone number, so check which you have copied before dialling.
Support and escalation routes
A request for information that Toyota refuses can be escalated to the Information Regulator, at JD House, 27 Stiemens Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, on 010 023 5200 or [email protected]. That number belongs to the regulator, not to Toyota. A vehicle sales or servicing dispute goes instead to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa.
