National Renal Care, which trades as NRC, runs dialysis units rather than a single facility, and publishes one head office route plus a clinic finder for the units themselves.

What this organisation provides
NRC provides in-centre dialysis, home dialysis, nocturnal dialysis, chronic haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and in-hospital dialysis, along with kidney transplant support and non-renal therapies. It also runs the Healthy Start Programme aimed at people at stage three or four of chronic kidney disease, before dialysis becomes necessary.
Address and operating information
The head office is at 24 Fricker Road, Illovo, Sandton 2196. NRC states it operates 75 dialysis units with a presence in every major metro, and its clinic search filters by province and then by suburb, so the unit nearest you is found through that search rather than through the head office number.
Support and escalation routes
One route worth knowing before you need it: NRC takes holiday session bookings, so a patient on dialysis who is travelling for work or leisure can arrange treatment at a unit away from home rather than interrupting a schedule. That booking is made through the contact page, not at the receiving unit.
