The Holiday Club splits its call centre into three departments with three different numbers, and reservations is only one of them. Calling the wrong one is the usual reason a query stalls, because account and membership matters are not handled by the booking team.

What this organisation provides
Reservations handles local bookings using either points or cash, amendments and cancellations subject to the terms and conditions, and Body Bliss Spa voucher purchases. Selecting option 2 on the reservations number reaches the Specialist Reservations Team, which covers MSC cruise bookings, flights, car hire, international bookings and the Hotel Hunter service. Collections deals with activating an account early, statement queries, payments, payment arrangements and setting up a debit order. Member Services covers updating contact details, points balance and agreement queries, membership transfers and branded merchandise.
Address and operating information
The call centre operates Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. Note that the three department numbers are near identical and differ only in the last three digits, so read them carefully: 842 737 is reservations, 842 729 is collections and 842 842 is member services. International members have a separate direct number for each department rather than a single international line.
Support and escalation routes
Raise a booking problem with reservations and an account or statement problem with collections, and keep the reference number. Questions about the agreement itself, including transferring or exiting a membership, belong with Member Services, because that is where the agreement terms are administered. Timeshare and points-based holiday products are consumer agreements under the Consumer Protection Act, so an unresolved dispute about the agreement, cancellation or what was promised at the point of sale can be taken to the National Consumer Commission. If the membership is being paid off under a credit agreement, the National Credit Regulator on 0860 627 627 is the regulator for that part.
