The Kingdom Resort is in the Pilanesberg, North West. It runs two separate contact desks – one for booking and one for guests already staying – and they have different numbers, different hours and different email addresses. The contact details below were read from thekingdomresort.co.za on 2 September 2026.

Official contact channels

Reservations – to make a booking:

Resort reception – booked guests only:

Use the right desk or you will be turned around. Reception is marked for booked guest enquiries only and cannot take a new reservation. Reservations close at 16:30 and do not open at weekends – so a Saturday booking enquiry has to wait until Monday, while reception answers until 23:00 every day.

Note the two landlines are in different provinces. 039 688 5320 is a KwaZulu-Natal number – reservations are handled centrally by Beekman Holidays, not at the resort. 014 552 6917 is the North West number that actually rings at the resort.

What this organisation provides

The resort offers double, twin and studio villa accommodation with patios, including wheelchair-friendly versions of each room type – worth asking for by name when booking, since they are listed as distinct units rather than an adaptation.

Facilities include the Rare Game Experience, The Acacia Table, the Body Bliss Day Spa, the Jungle Bar Lounge and Cafe, Leap Adventures and Max’s Fun Club.

The site also carries “Own at Kingdom” and a developer section, so the resort sells ownership as well as nightly stays. An ownership or timeshare enquiry is not a booking – and it is a long-term financial commitment with annual levies, so treat it as one and get the terms in writing.

Address and operating information

Use the GPS coordinates or the Plus Code, not the street address. “R556, Pilanesberg National Park” is a road through a game reserve rather than a street number, and mapping apps handle it poorly. Plan to arrive in daylight – this is a national park road.

Support and escalation routes

Take a booking dispute to Beekman Holidays, which describes itself as the official rental partner for the resort, quoting your reservation number and dates. Take an on-site problem to reception while you are still there – it is far harder to resolve a stay complaint after checkout.

Note the two mailboxes sit on different domains, beekmanholidays.co.za and beekmanresorts.com, which is why a reply may come from a name you were not expecting.

Beyond the resort, a booking, cancellation or refund dispute falls under the Consumer Protection Act – which limits what cancellation penalties may be charged – and can go to the National Consumer Commission, or to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, free of charge. A timeshare or shared-ownership dispute also falls under the CPA and is worth raising with the Commission. A personal information complaint goes to the Information Regulator.
