Dikhololo runs three separate contact routes and they are not interchangeable. The resort reception is marked for booked guest enquiries only, so if you have not booked yet, reservations is the desk you want. Timeshare owners have a third route again. Booking directly on the resort site also waives a fee charged at the gate.

What this organisation provides
Dikhololo is a resort set on a game reserve offering rooms, studio apartments, two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom chalets, with game drives, a day spa, adventure activities and a restaurant, and it hosts conferences, seminars, weddings and team building. Beekman Holidays is the official rental partner handling reservations, and Beekman Lifestyle handles timeshare owner reservations and exchanges, which is why two of the three routes are Beekman rather than Dikhololo addresses.
Address and operating information
The resort is at Farm Siena, Brits District, North West, 0250, roughly 35 kilometres outside Brits. Note that Brits is in North West province and falls under Madibeng, not Gauteng, which matters if you are estimating travel time from Pretoria or Johannesburg. Because the property is on a farm rather than a street address, use the coordinates the resort publishes, latitude minus 25.418449 and longitude 27.742874, or its published Plus Code, rather than relying on a name search in a mapping app.
Support and escalation routes
One thing worth knowing before you arrive: the resort states that a conservation fee of R100 per vehicle is payable at check in, but that for online bookings made directly through its own site this access pass is included free of charge. If you book through a third party you should expect to pay it at the gate. Take a booking or billing query to the reservations desk that made the booking, since reception handles guests already booked in rather than the booking itself, and keep the reservation number. An unresolved complaint about accommodation, a refund or a service failure falls under the Consumer Protection Act and can be escalated to the National Consumer Commission. Timeshare and vacation ownership disputes are a distinct area: raise them through the owner enquiries route first, and note that a timeshare agreement is a contract with its own cancellation terms, so read those before signing or trying to exit.
