The head office is at 27 Impala Road, Chislehurston, Sandton, 2196, with post to Private Bag X9973, Sandton, 2146. The Super Park Distribution Centre is a separate site at the corner of Barbara and Brollo Roads, Isando, Kempton Park, 1601, with post to PO Box 146184, Bracken Gardens, 1652. The two have different numbers, so a freight, warehousing or delivery query belongs to the distribution centre rather than the Sandton switchboard.
Support and escalation routes
Use the complaint category and keep the reference. Because Super Group includes vehicle dealerships, a dispute about a vehicle sale, a repair or a service is a motor industry matter and can be escalated to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa on 0861 164 672 if the dealership does not resolve it. A shareholder or company secretarial matter has its own categories and should not go through the general route. An employment or recruitment dispute goes to the CCMA or the Department of Employment and Labour rather than to the company complaint channel.
