The account behind the brand
Relay Jeans purchases can be put on a TFG Money account, which is a credit agreement rather than a store card in the loose sense. That means the National Credit Act applies: you are entitled to a statement, an affordability assessment before the account is granted, and a settlement figure on request. It also means a missed payment is reported to the credit bureaux. Promotional vouchers offered for opening an account are a marketing incentive, not a reason to take credit you do not need.
Returns, and what the law gives you
Bash publishes its own returns route, and any retailer policy sits on top of your statutory rights rather than instead of them. Keep the order number and the original packaging where you can. A return processed against an order number is straightforward; one without it depends on goodwill.
Buying safely
