EZVIZ has no South African office, no South African hotline and no listed South African service provider. That is not a gap in this page – it is what EZVIZ itself publishes. Its own global contact page lists twelve regional desks and roughly seventy country hotlines, and the words South Africa appear nowhere on it. Its service-provider locator, which does render a full country list, offers thirteen countries: Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Indonesia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Uruguay, Thailand, Mexico and France. South Africa is not among them. Checked on 6 September 2026.

The desk that does cover South Africa

EZVIZ groups the continent under a single Africa entry. It is an e-mail desk with two telephone lines, neither of them South African.

GMT+2 is South African time, so those hours are your hours – but the working week is Sunday to Thursday, not Monday to Friday. A message sent on a Friday afternoon will sit until Sunday.

The global fallbacks

The UK line is listed for UK and Ireland customers. It is included here only because it is the nearest English-language voice line EZVIZ publishes to a South African time zone; expect to be routed back to the Africa mailbox for anything account or warranty related.

Where a South African warranty actually sits

Because EZVIZ registers no service provider here, a faulty camera bought in South Africa is dealt with by the retailer or the local distributor that imported it, under the Consumer Protection Act, rather than by EZVIZ directly. Keep the invoice: it names the supplier who carries the obligation. EZVIZ operates a mail-in and walk-in service programme, but the service points behind it are the ones in that thirteen-country list.
