The channel publishes no telephone number at all. Show Specific Enquiry is the option to choose if your question is about a programme, and Content Submission Enquiry is the one to choose if you want to bring a story or appear on a show – those are different queues and picking the wrong one is the usual reason people get no reply.
Expect a security warning on the website, and take it seriously
mojalove.co.za is served with a broken certificate. The certificate presented is issued to webmail.mojalove.co.za rather than to the website itself, and it expired on 30 December 2024 – more than eight months before this page was written. Every mainstream browser will show a full-page warning before it will load the site.
That is the channel’s problem to fix, not a sign that you have the wrong address. But it does have a practical consequence: on a connection your browser is flagging as unverified, do not type an identity number, a bank detail or anything else sensitive into that contact form. Keep a submission to a name, a contact address and a short description, and let the reply come to you before you send anything more.
Which questions are not the channel’s
Moja Love is a channel, not a broadcaster of the platform. Anything about your subscription, your decoder, a picture that will not come through or a billing dispute belongs with MultiChoice and DStv, not with the channel – the channel has no access to your account and cannot restore a signal. If you are trying to get onto a show
- Use Content Submission Enquiry, and say which programme. Moja Love’s output is largely reality and factual, and each show has its own production team.
- A show you saw a while ago may have ended. The programme list marks past titles with the date they last aired – check there before chasing a production that is no longer in the schedule.
- Never pay anyone who offers to put you on a television programme. A production that wants you does not charge you.
