Cn Express Contact Details
CN Express publishes two South African lines for parcel queries: a call number, 010 900 5356, and a WhatsApp number, 087 265 4094. Both sit under a heading that reads “Temu queries (South Africa)” on the CN Express website, cnexpressintl.com, which we read on 16 September 2026. Written customer service queries go to CustomerService@cnexpressintl.com.

The website does not give operating hours for either South African number, and it lists no South African street address, depot or walk-in counter. If you are calling about a delay, check the tracking page first, because the phone team will ask for the same reference.
What this organisation provides
CN Express is a cross-border logistics business. Its website groups its services as cross-border express delivery, air freight mainline and “overseas local” delivery, which is the final leg inside the destination country. The site describes the wider group as having more than 7,000 employees, more than 50 dedicated freight routes, services in over 100 countries and regions, and more than 600,000 square metres of warehouse space. The copyright line on the site names a logistics company registered in Shanghai.
For South African shoppers, CN Express matters mainly as the carrier on Temu orders. The only South African numbers the company publishes are the two Temu lines above, so if your parcel came from another platform, start with that seller’s own support.
Do not confuse CN Express with Click Now Express at cnexpress.co.za. That is a separate business that describes itself as a logistics service for Takealot resellers, running between Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. Its homepage carried no phone number or email on 16 September 2026, and it cannot help with a Temu parcel.
Address and operating information
CN Express does not publish a physical address for South Africa, a head office address in English, or trading hours for its support lines. The website is written for both Chinese and English readers, and some pages load only after the site’s scripts run, so if the contact menu looks empty, wait for the page to finish loading or switch the language to English.
Before you contact CN Express, have these ready:
- the tracking or reference number shown on your Temu order;
- the delivery address and the name the parcel was sent to;
- the last tracking update and its date;
- photos, if the parcel arrived damaged or opened.
Support and escalation routes
- Check the parcel status on the CN Express Track page using your reference number.
- For a delivery problem on a Temu order, call 010 900 5356 or send a WhatsApp to 087 265 4094, or email CustomerService@cnexpressintl.com so that you have a written record.
- Refunds, missing items and returns are part of your purchase contract, so raise those with Temu through the order in the Temu app as well. The carrier cannot refund an order.
- If the seller does not resolve a consumer complaint, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud takes complaints on 0860 000 272 or info@cgso.org.za.
CN Express lists only the numbers in the table above for South Africa. A courier message that asks you to pay a release fee through a link, or that comes from a number not listed here, should be checked against your order in the Temu app before you pay anything.
