Mazda Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2013/113879/07, distributes Mazda vehicles in South Africa through its dealer network. Its owner programmes include:
- MazdaCare Roadside Assistance: complimentary for Mazda owners, but only while the vehicle’s warranty is still valid. It is delivered with AA road patrols and battery service vans, and covers a flat-tyre change, up to 10 litres of fuel, a jump-start, key lockout, minor roadside repairs, “Stand By You” assistance and towing for mechanical or electrical breakdowns.
- MazdaCare Courtesy Service Vehicles: a same-day courtesy car when you service at an authorised participating dealer. Damage to the courtesy car must be reported to SAPS within 24 hours, and an insurance claim form submitted within 3 days.
Roadside help is offered in the major metros: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Gqeberha, East London, Bloemfontein, Mbombela, Pietermaritzburg, Durban and Polokwane. Tow kilometres beyond the allowance are for the owner’s account.
