Discovery Limited (registration number 1999/007789/06) is the controlling company of the Discovery group, and its careers portal also covers Discovery Vitality roles.

What you need before applying
You need a profile on the careers portal to apply. If you are applying for an entry-level programme, check the criteria Discovery lists:
- Internships: 12-month programmes for unemployed graduates. You need a diploma or degree aligned to the INSETA scarce and critical skills list, and must be a South African citizen. Employment Equity candidates are sought.
- Learnerships: 12-month fixed-term contracts with an accredited qualification. Criteria include South African citizenship, a Grade 12 or matric certificate, and being aged 18 to 30.
- Graduate programmes: these include the Adrian Gore Fellowship Award for Actuarial Science Honours students and GradHack for 3rd- and 4th-year IT students.
The careers site names these Discovery offices: 1 Discovery Place in Sandton (headquarters), Sable Park in Century City, Cape Town, Riverhorse Valley in KwaZulu-Natal, and Coega BPO Park in Port Elizabeth. Use the location filter to find roles near you.
