Admissions and student support
New students apply online through the Profiler system in three steps:
- Career Guidance Exploration.
- A compulsory Pre-Entry Placement Assessment.
- The Online Application, where you upload your documents as PDFs: your ID or your guardian’s ID, proof of residence and your latest results.
The college sets application windows for each intake. For example, the N4 pre-enrolment application period for 2026 ran from 03 to 14 November 2025, and no walk-ins were allowed.
NSFAS applications

The other CDCs are Inyonemhlophe, Mthwalume and Oshabeni. Port Shepstone, Gamalakhe and Enyenyezi are the coastal campuses; Kokstad, uMzimkhulu and Clydesdale are inland. The Port Shepstone Campus offers NC(V) Office Administration and Civil Engineering, plus Report 191 Public Management, Business Management and Engineering programmes.
