Decofurn Contact Details
Every Decofurn Furniture store opens 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Weekend hours differ by store. The national hotline is 087 049 4155 and the email address is info@decofurnsa.co.za. We read this on decofurnsa.co.za on 24 September 2026.
Decofurn opening hours
Weekdays are uniform across all eleven stores. It is the weekend that splits, into three different patterns.
| Stores | Saturday | Sunday |
|---|---|---|
| Amorosa, Boksburg, Centurion, Fourways, North Riding, Silver Lakes | 09:00 to 16:00 | 10:00 to 14:00 |
| Durban | 09:00 to 15:00 | 10:00 to 14:00 |
| Kenilworth, Montague Park, Somerset West, Port Elizabeth | 09:00 to 15:00 | 09:00 to 13:00 |
The pattern is roughly regional. The six Gauteng stores have the longest Saturday, closing at 16:00 while everywhere else closes at 15:00.
Sundays run the other way. The Cape stores and Port Elizabeth open earliest, at 09:00, but they also close earliest, at 13:00. Gauteng and Durban open an hour later and close an hour later.
Durban is the odd one out, pairing the shorter Saturday with the later Sunday. If you are planning a Sunday trip in Cape Town, note that you have only four hours, and the shop shuts at one.

Six stores are in Gauteng, three in the Western Cape, one in KwaZulu-Natal and one in the Eastern Cape. Five provinces have no Decofurn store at all: the Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and the Northern Cape.
Each store has its own direct landline, so for stock or a collection you can phone the branch rather than the hotline.
Check the web address before you call
Three similar domains exist, and only one of them is the furniture retailer.
decofurnsa.co.za is Decofurn Furniture, the shops listed above.
decofurn.co.za, the address most people would guess, is a different business. It describes itself as a company providing procurement and distribution of fashion apparel, footwear and homeware, mainly for The Hub, CB Stores and Topline, and it publishes its own separate number, 0861 88 88 99. It is not the furniture shop and cannot help with a lounge suite.
decofurnfurniture.co.za sounds the most official of the three and is the least useful. It serves only a “Domain Parked” placeholder with no content.
So if a page claiming to be Decofurn asks for payment, check the address bar first. The furniture retailer’s site ends in sa.co.za.
Which store to choose
Four of the eleven stores sit in the same two metros, so the choice is usually about the drive rather than the stock.
In Johannesburg the stores are spread across the north and east: Fourways and North Riding in the north, Amorosa on the West Rand and Boksburg on the East Rand. Pretoria has two, Centurion and Silver Lakes, on opposite sides of the city.
Cape Town also has three, at Kenilworth in the southern suburbs, Montague Gardens in the north and Somerset West out towards the N2.
Contacting head office
| National hotline | 087 049 4155 |

| info@decofurnsa.co.za | |
| Website | decofurnsa.co.za |
Decofurn publishes the hotline as 087 04 94 155, spaced unusually, which is the same number as 087 049 4155.
Use the hotline for deliveries, returns and credit applications, which Decofurn runs centrally rather than per store. It also offers click and collect, so confirm which store is holding an order before travelling.
Hours can change over public holidays and during sale periods. Phone the branch on the number above if your trip depends on it.
