The head office is not a reporting desk for crime or incidents. Fidelity’s 24-hour tip-off and support centre numbers are listed on our main Fidelity contact details page. Press queries are handled through the Press Office page on fidelity-services.com, which gives a staff member’s address that we do not reproduce.

The website does not publish head office visiting hours, so phone before you go. Fidelity Cash Solutions also runs a West Rand branch at 299 Sifon Street, Robertsville, Roodepoort (011 472 1575), which is a separate site from the head office.

What you need before contacting

Fidelity Services Group (registration number 2002/030292/07) is the holding company behind a range of security businesses. They include Fidelity Security Services for guarding, Fidelity ADT for alarms and armed response, Fidelity Cash Solutions and Fidelity CashMaster for cash management, SecureFire for fire solutions, SecureDrive for vehicle tracking, and cleaning and specialised services. The group says it employs more than 58,000 people and has over 160 points of contact and depots across South Africa. Subsidiaries named in its manual include Fidelity Security Services (Pty) Ltd, Fidelity Cash Solutions (Pty) Ltd, CSG Guarding (Pty) Ltd and Wesguard Security Services (Pty) Ltd. A contract may therefore be with a subsidiary rather than the group itself, so check the company name on your paperwork before writing to head office.

Requests for records under the Promotion of Access to Information Act go to the Information Officer at the head office postal, physical or email address given in the manual (revision 04, dated 1 September 2025). Requesting your own personal information is free. A request made on behalf of someone else carries a R50.00 fee, and Fidelity must tell you before processing it if a fee is payable.   2. For business enquiries, quotes and call-back requests, use the “Get in touch” form on the Contact Us page and choose your province and the Fidelity business you need.
  3. For a faulty Fidelity ADT alarm or an account query, call 086 12 12 401 inland or 086 12 12 301 on the coast.
  4. For local service, use the branch locator on fidelity-services.com, which you can filter by province and by Fidelity ADT or Fidelity Cash Solutions.
  5. For head office matters, call 011 763 9000 or 086 12 12 999, or email internalcommunications@fidelity-services.com.

Escalation route

  1. Raise service or billing problems first with the branch or the Fidelity business named on your contract, and ask for a reference number.
  2. If that fails, write to head office through the contact form or internalcommunications@fidelity-services.com, quoting your reference and the subsidiary’s name.
  3. For complaints about the conduct of a registered security provider or its officers, contact the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority on 086 10 77472 or info@psira.co.za.
