Fidelity Services Group describes itself as employing more than 58 000 staff across over 160 points of contact and depots in South Africa, so the head office number is a switchboard rather than a service desk.
The email address it publishes for general contact is the internal communications mailbox. That is unusual, but it is the one printed on its contact page, and there is no separate info or customer service address.

Fidelity asks that this centre be used to report incidents, emergencies, suspicious persons and vehicles, tip-offs, licence plate recognition checks and the loading of vehicles of interest.
It is the number that answers outside office hours, and the only one Fidelity publishes with a WhatsApp and CallMe option.

These are the numbers Fidelity gives for a faulty Fidelity ADT alarm or a query on an ADT account. The split is geographic: inland for Gauteng and the interior, coastal for the coastal provinces.
Note how close they are to the head office number, 086 12 12 999. The three differ only in the last block, so read them carefully before dialling.

This is the only Witbank branch on Fidelity’s own branch finder. It is a Cash Solutions depot, which handles cash in transit and cash management rather than guarding or alarm response.
Fidelity lists no separate Fidelity Security Services or Fidelity ADT branch for Witbank. For a guarding or alarm matter in Witbank, use the ADT inland number, 086 12 12 401, or the head office switchboard.

Reporting misconduct
Fidelity publishes an anonymous tip-off line for its own employees, on 080 000 2222. It is labelled for Fidelity employees rather than for customers.
A customer complaint about service is a different thing, and Fidelity does not publish a dedicated complaints number. Use the head office switchboard or the enquiry form on the contact page.
Before you call
Work out which part of the group you need first. Fidelity runs security guarding, Fidelity ADT, Cash Solutions, CashMaster, cleaning, SecureFire, SecureDrive vehicle tracking, Sensormatic and an insurance offering, and they have different numbers.
Have your account or contract number and the address of the premises. Alarm and guarding records are keyed on the site rather than on your name.
If you are reporting something happening now, use 0860 649 291 or the WhatsApp line, not the head office switchboard. The support centre is the one staffed around the clock.
