Isilumko is a South African staffing and brand-activations group. Its divisions are Isilumko Staffing, Isilumko Industrial, Isilumko Activate and Isilumko Learn. The contact details below were read from isilumko.co.za on 2 September 2026.
Official contact channels
- Marketing and activations enquiries: 011 267 2920
- Marketing: [email protected]
- Activations: [email protected]
Use isilumko.co.za, not the staffing subdomain. The group site is where the offices and numbers are published; the separate staffing address was returning a server error when we checked. Isilumko publishes no central recruitment mailbox – contact the office nearest you from the list below, or use the enquiry form on its site.
What this organisation provides
The group runs four divisions, and knowing which one you want decides who to call:
- Staffing – recruitment and scalable staffing solutions for clients
- Industrial – outsourcing and flexible industrial workforce solutions
- Activate – brand activation, design and marketing, staffed by on-demand brand ambassadors
- Learn – skills development, learnerships and internships, with a stated focus on people with disabilities, and bursary facilitation
Most people searching for Isilumko are looking for work as promoters or brand ambassadors. That is the Activate side, and it is short-term assignment work rather than permanent placement.
Address and operating information
- Midrand: Unit C5, Mount Royal, 657 James Crescent, Halfway House, Midrand 1685 – 011 316 6640

- Cape Town, Staffing and Learn: Suite 11B, The Waverley Business Park, Wyecroft Road, Mowbray 7925 – 021 461 3609
- Cape Town, Activate and financial head office: Suite 12A, The Waverley Business Park, Wyecroft Road, Mowbray 7925 – 021 461 3609

- Gqeberha: Unit 4, Eurohouse, 45 Newton Street, Newton Park, Gqeberha 6045 – 041 205 0863
Two things in that list are worth knowing before you dial. The two Cape Town offices share one number – Suite 11B and Suite 12A are in the same business park, so say which division you want. And Isilumko lists its Cape Town offices as “CBD” although the address is Mowbray, which is not the city centre – navigate to Wyecroft Road.
The Umhlanga office publishes an 032 number rather than Durban’s usual 031 code. That is what Isilumko publishes; dial it as listed.
Support and escalation routes
Applying for work is free, always. No recruitment agency, employer or platform in South Africa may lawfully charge a work-seeker a fee to be placed, and charging for compulsory training as a condition of an offer is the same thing in another form. Anyone asking a job-seeker for money in Isilumko’s name is not recruiting.
Promotional and event work is usually short-term, but short assignments still carry employment rights: a payslip, UIF contributions, and payment at the agreed rate for the hours actually worked.
Raise a pay or placement dispute with the office that assigned you, in writing, keeping the assignment dates and rate. Beyond the company, an unpaid-wages or unfair-dismissal dispute goes to the CCMA free of charge, with short deadlines – 30 days from a dismissal. Temporary employment services must be registered with the Department of Employment and Labour, which handles complaints about labour brokers. Discrimination in recruitment can go to that department or the South African Human Rights Commission.
