The complaints number and the postal address are for the SABC broadcast compliance manager. RSG lists that post by title rather than by a general station switchboard, so quote the programme, the date and the time when you write.

Reception and transmission faults

• Use the potgooi search on rsg.co.za and search by programme name rather than by presenter, which is how episodes are filed
• Episodes are posted after broadcast, so a programme that aired this morning may only appear later in the day
• Older episodes are removed over time, so download an episode you want to keep rather than relying on it staying up
