WantItAll publishes no telephone number. Not a call centre, not a sharecall line, not a head office switchboard – one mailbox and nothing else, which is unusual for a retailer that has been trading since 2006. Read from its own contact page on 6 September 2026.

The only channel

An hour is a real commitment and it is the reason the mailbox works as a support channel at all. Outside those hours nothing is answered, and there is no after-hours route.

The mailbox has rules, and they are not arbitrary

WantItAll asks for a link or a product code with every product query, because it lists millions of items and a description alone will not identify one. For a quote it asks for two things first: a completed profile including your delivery address, and a link to the item on its own site. And it will not open attachments or images for security reasons – so a screenshot of the product is the one thing guaranteed to get no answer. Paste the URL.

What the business actually does

It specialises in hard-to-find items imported from the USA, which is why the profile and address matter before a quote: the shipping and import cost is part of the price and cannot be worked out without a destination. The site also runs a gift voucher line and a used books section, and it accepts 3D Secure card payments through South African gateways.

Where an import order can go wrong

Because there is no telephone, the e-mail thread is your only record. Keep it in one place, quote the order number in every message, and do not start a second thread for the same order – it splits the history the agent needs to see.
