WantItAll publishes no contact number. There is no telephone line, no WhatsApp and no call centre anywhere on the site. The only route is email, to enquiries@wantitall.co.za, staffed 08h30 to 17h00 on weekdays. We checked the contact page, the FAQ, the terms and the privacy notice on 24 September 2026.

The one hour is the retailer’s own stated aim during business hours, not a guarantee. Outside those hours there is no route at all, so an urgent problem on a Friday evening waits until Monday.
How to write so you get an answer
WantItAll lists specific things it needs in an email, and leaving them out is the usual reason a reply takes longer than it should.
- For a query about a product, include a link to it or the product code. The retailer says it carries millions of products and needs to be sure which one you mean.
- For a quote on an item, first complete your profile on the site including your address, then send a link to the item.
- Do not attach a picture or a screenshot of the product. WantItAll states that for security it does not open attachments or images, and requires a link to the item on its own website instead.
That last one catches people out. An email with the item photographed rather than linked will not be actioned, and you will not necessarily be told why.
The address is for legal notice
The Linbro Park address is given in the terms as the company’s domicilium citandi et executandi, which is the address it nominates for the service of court process and formal notices.
It is not advertised as a shop, a collection point or a returns counter, and no public hours are attached to it. Do not travel there expecting a service desk.
Two dates worth knowing
The site’s footer reads 2006 to 2026, while the registration number given in the terms, 2020/877871/07, is a 2020 registration.
There is nothing necessarily wrong with that. Businesses re-register, convert from one company form to another, or move a long-running trading name into a newer entity. But if you are about to spend a large amount, the registration number is what lets you look the company up on the CIPC register and see for yourself, and it is the more reliable of the two figures.
What WantItAll does
It is an online retailer that imports hard-to-find items from the United States and ships them to customers in South Africa. The catalogue is very large and leans towards books, music, collectables and figures.
The retailer states that the price shown on the site is the final price and already includes VAT, duties, customs clearance fees and shipping from the USA. It also states that pricing changes from day to day, so a price you saw last week may not be the price today.
Card payments are processed through PayGate, described in the terms as the approved payment gateway for South African acquiring banks, and the site says it accepts 3D Secure payments. Transactions are processed in South Africa at the time of payment.
Before you buy
Read the refund terms first. WantItAll’s FAQ states that where a store refund applies, only the value of the item is refunded, and that shipping, VAT, duties and its service fees are not refundable. On an imported item those costs are a real share of what you paid.
The terms also reserve the right to cancel an order because of incorrect pricing at any point before delivery, and say acceptance of your order is confirmed by delivery or by allowing collection rather than at checkout. So an order confirmation email is not, by itself, the end of the matter.
Because everything runs by email, keep the thread. With no phone line, your written record is the only account of what was agreed, and you will need it if something goes wrong.
