Boston City Campus East London and other campus numbers
Boston operates campuses and support centres nationally. Published regional numbers include:
| Campus | Number and address |
|---|---|
| Stellenbosch | 021 815 4800 – 19A Electron Avenue, Cap du Mont Building, Techno Park |
| KuGompo City (formerly East London) | 043 743 7624 – 26 St Georges Road, Southernwood |
| Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth) | 041 363 0778 – 246 Cape Road, Mill Park |
| Mthatha | 047 531 4180 – 2nd Floor, City Centre Building, corner York and Sabelo Victor Gqwetha Street |
| Komani (formerly Queenstown) | 045 839 7363 – 3 Grey Street, corner Alexandra Road and Shepstone Street |
East London appears in Boston’s listings as KuGompo City, with the former name in brackets. Boston publishes several city names in both current and former forms, so both names lead to the same listing.
The network extends beyond the campuses above into the Free State and other provinces, and each campus listing on the Boston site carries a map link. Boston does not publish campus operating hours on the contact page.
Check the qualification, not just the institution
Check accreditation of the specific qualification, not the institution. Private higher education providers are registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training, and individual programmes are accredited separately – which is what an employer or a professional body will ask about.
Who to raise a Boston complaint with
Raise an academic or administrative matter with your campus first, quoting your student number, then head office in writing. Keep fee arrangements and any payment plan in writing.
An unresolved complaint against a private higher education institution goes to the Department of Higher Education and Training, which registers them, or to the Council on Higher Education on quality and accreditation. A fee or credit agreement dispute is a consumer matter for the National Consumer Commission, and funding questions belong with NSFAS or the funder rather than the institution.
