Fly Airlink official website and bookings
The official Airlink website is flyairlink.com. Searches for airlink.co.za bookings lead elsewhere: flyairlink.com is the address Airlink itself uses. You can book flights there or in the Fly Airlink app for iPhone and Android, which Airlink links from its website.
To manage a booking, go to flyairlink.com/managemybooking and enter your booking reference and last name. From there you can change your itinerary, choose seats, add excess baggage and meals, and update your contact details. The Cancel and Refund page uses the same booking reference lookup.
Airlink does not publish a separate booking hotline. Bookings, changes and cancellations go to the Reservations Support Desk on +27 11 451 7300, option 1, or e-ticketing@flyairlink.com. Airlink asks international customers to book one single through-fare ticket rather than separate tickets, to avoid problems when a flight is delayed.
Airlink flight schedule

Is Airlink part of SAA?
No. Airlink describes itself as a privately owned, full-service regional airline that operates independently under its own 4Z flight code. SAA’s contact centre does not handle Airlink bookings, so call Airlink on +27 11 451 7300. Airlink says it flies more than 74 aircraft to more than 47 destinations in 15 African countries, plus St Helena and Madagascar, and has interline and codeshare agreements with airlines including Emirates, Qatar and United.
Pick the right menu option
Both desks sit behind the same number, so the option you choose is what decides who answers.
Option 1 is reservations. Use it for a new booking, a change, a cancellation or a refund. Airlink specifically directs cancellations to this option, or to e-ticketing@flyairlink.com.
Option 5 is Customer Care. Use it for a complaint, for baggage that went astray, or for anything about a flight that has already happened.
Choosing wrongly is the usual reason for being transferred and repeating yourself. If your flight has not departed yet it is almost always option 1.
Airlink Johannesburg, Cape Town, East London and other airport contacts
Airlink publishes only the national number for South Africa, +27 11 451 7300. It lists no separate passenger desk numbers for OR Tambo in Johannesburg, Cape Town, East London, George, Polokwane or Bloemfontein. The station numbers Airlink Cargo publishes for some of those airports are freight desks, not passenger lines.
There is no 24 hour line and no WhatsApp
People search for an Airlink WhatsApp number, often expecting a 24 hour one. Airlink does not publish a WhatsApp number anywhere on its site, and it does not publish a 24 hour telephone line either.
The published hours are 05:00 to 21:00, seven days a week. That early start is deliberate, since it covers the first departures of the day, but between 21:00 and 05:00 there is no published route at all.
If you are offered an Airlink WhatsApp number by a search result or a social media account, treat it with suspicion. Airline customers in a hurry are a favourite target for impersonation, and a number the airline does not publish is exactly what that looks like.
The contact page link is broken
If you have an old bookmark or follow a link to flyairlink.com/en/contact-us, it will not work. That address returns a redirect to a mangled web address, flyairlink.comntact-us, which is not a real site and cannot load.
We confirmed this on 24 September 2026, with and without a trailing slash. The redirect itself is malformed rather than merely out of date.

Offices outside South Africa
Airlink publishes a long list of branch and sales office contacts across Angola, Botswana, the DRC, Eswatini, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, St Helena, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Several of those offices keep shorter hours than the South African desk, and Airlink’s Lusaka town office entry says plainly that after hours you should contact the South African call centre. So +27 11 451 7300 is the fallback for the whole network, not only for South Africa.
One entry in that list is worth a second look. Livingstone Airport in Zambia is listed with a South African number, +27 87 094 7973, while every other Zambian entry carries a +260 number. Dial it as an international call from Zambia, and do not assume it is a local line.
Note also that several regional entries publish individual staff mailboxes rather than departmental ones. We have not reproduced those here. Use the departmental addresses above, which do not depend on one person being at work.

Airlink says travellers to Zimbabwe must complete their arrival forms online at evisa.gov.zw before departure, as paper forms are no longer used.

Airlink Cargo runs its own site, airlinkcargo.flyairlink.com, with station desks listed by airport. These are freight lines, not passenger lines.

Airlink tax invoice request
Get an Airlink tax invoice online at flyairlink.com/tax-invoice. Enter your booking reference and surname with no spaces, fill in your company or personal details and request the invoice, then scroll down to view and save it.
If the invoice cannot be accessed online and the booking was made on Airlink’s website or at an Airlink office, email taxinvoices@flyairlink.com with your company or personal name, full address and area code, VAT number, 6-character booking reference, ticket number (starting 749240), passenger names and the total amount paid.
Airlink HR contact details
Airlink publishes no HR phone number or email. Its careers page, flyairlink.com/careers, says vacancies are advertised only on Airlink’s own website, and that adverts on other recruitment portals or social media are not posted by Airlink and cannot be trusted.
Special assistance and travelling with others
Requests for special assistance go to specialassistance@flyairlink.com rather than through the general menu.
Airlink also keeps separate guidance pages for travelling with pets and live animals, and for unaccompanied minors, both under the Need Help section. Read those before you call, because they set out what the airline requires and most of the questions are answered there.
Arrange any of these in advance. None of them can be sorted out at the boarding gate.
Before you call
Have your booking reference, the flight number and the travel date. The booking reference is the six-character code on your confirmation.
If you booked through a travel agent or an online travel site, that agent holds the booking and often has to make the change itself. Say who you booked through when you call, because it changes what Airlink is able to do.
For delayed or missing baggage, have the reference issued at the airport. Without it, Customer Care is starting from nothing.
Check the Travel Updates section on the site before phoning during a disruption. Airlink posts advisories there, and during a widespread disruption the call centre will be busy with the same information.
