DSV Tracking Contact Details
To track a DSV local courier parcel in South Africa, call the DSV National Contact Centre on 0861 80 30 80 or email Customer.Service@za.dsv.com. Those are the contact details printed on DSV’s ClientZone tracking portal. International courier shipments are handled by DSV’s Internationals Department on 087 067 0169. Air, sea and road freight is tracked on separate DSV systems, listed below. These details were read on dsv.com and clientzone.za.dsv.com on 16 September 2026.

DSV does not publish tracking hours for the National Contact Centre. Its location records show most South African branches open 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. 0861 462 884 appears on DSV South Africa’s FAQ and myDSV pages as a general line. It is not labelled as a tracking desk.
What this organisation provides
DSV is a global transport and logistics company. dbschenker.com has now been merged into dsv.com. In South Africa DSV runs air and sea freight, road transport, contract logistics and warehousing, healthcare logistics and a local courier network. DSV’s international parcel pages say those services are for businesses with a DSV account. Which tracking tool you need depends on how the shipment was sent:
- Local courier parcel: ClientZone at clientzone.za.dsv.com. Enter the tracking number, or the shipment number and a reference. The result shows the last branch and a delivery status from “At collection branch” to “Delivered”.
- International air, sea, road or express shipment: myDSV at mydsv.com/track-shipment, or Schenker track and trace for shipments booked with DB Schenker.
- Full or part truckload road freight: DSV Road VFT at vft.road.za.dsv.com.
- Healthcare shipments: DSV’s Futurewave tracking portal, linked from the Self services page.
Address and operating information
DSV’s location finder lists 31 South African sites. The sites listed as office, warehouse and terminal together are 10 Quarry Park Close, Riverhorse Valley, Durban; 61 Falcon Crescent, Matroosfontein, Cape Town; and 16 Serengeti Boulevard, Witfontein, Kempton Park. Branch phone numbers appear in the “Find a DSV office” tool on dsv.com. Several records in that tool are malformed (for example “+27 08 180 3082” for Waltloo, Pretoria), and many branch email addresses are staff members’ personal mailboxes, so we have not listed them. If a branch number from the tool does not connect, use the National Contact Centre instead.
Support and escalation routes
- Have the tracking or shipment number ready, and check it in the matching DSV tool first.
- If the status has not changed or shows a problem, call 0861 80 30 80 or email Customer.Service@za.dsv.com, quoting the tracking number and the last branch shown.
- If the parcel is an order from a shop or a network provider, contact that seller as well, since it placed the delivery with DSV. For MTN deliveries, see our DSV MTN delivery page.
- If a consumer complaint about the delivered goods is not resolved, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud takes retail complaints on 0860 000 272.
