Clicks Westgate: which one?
Clicks has two Westgate stores. Clicks Westgate is in Westgate Mall, Weltevreden Valley, Cape Town, on 021 371 6141 or 021 371 6884. Clicks Westgate Pharm is in Westgate Shopping Centre on Ontdekkers Road, Horizon View, Roodepoort, on 011 768 1765 or 011 768 0222, and it opens later on weekends: Saturday until 18:00 and Sunday until 16:00.
Clicks Waterfall Mall is in Rustenburg
Clicks Waterfall Mall, on Augrabies Avenue in Cashan, is in Rustenburg in North West, not in the Waterfall area of Midrand. Clicks lists separate stores called Waterfall Corner and Waterfall Walk in its store finder, so check the address before you visit. Clicks Waterfall Mall has the longest weekday hours of the stores above, 09:00 to 19:00.

Before calling, check the Clicks Help Portal at help.clicks.co.za, which has ClubCard FAQs, and use “Where is my order?” on clicks.co.za to track an online order. For a prescription or a question about medicine, speak to the pharmacist at your Clicks store using the store’s pharmacy number. Clicks says all its pharmacies are licensed by the National Department of Health and recorded at the South African Pharmacy Council.
