INUKA is a South African fragrance and cosmetics company selling through independent consultants, based in Bellville, Cape Town. The contact details below were read from inuka.co.za on 2 September 2026.
Official contact channels
- Telephone: 021 949 9850
- Support and general enquiries: [email protected]
- Orders and registrations for courier delivery: [email protected]
- Orders and registrations for collection at Bellville: [email protected]
Do not place an order through the contact form. INUKA states on its own contact page that orders and new registrations submitted there will not be attended to. The form is for messages only – orders must go to one of the two dedicated mailboxes.
Which mailbox depends on how you want the goods, not on what you are ordering: orders@ for courier dispatch, collect@ for pickup at the Bellville front office. Sending a collection order to the courier address is the usual cause of an unexpected delivery fee.
What this organisation provides
INUKA sells perfumes, fragranced products and cosmetics. It operates as a direct selling business: alongside buying products, people can register as consultants and sell them on, which is what “new registrations” in the mailbox descriptions refers to.
The company publishes incentive programmes on its site under headings such as earning a car, earning a holiday, and a stated 90-day earnings figure. Those are advertised targets, not a guaranteed income. Before registering, ask for the current compensation plan, the starter-kit cost and the terms of any incentive in writing – the published figures are what the best performers achieved, not what a new consultant should expect.
Address and operating information
Address: Unit 5, Bellpark Building, corner Durban Road and De Lange Street, Bellville CBD, Cape Town 7530.
- Office hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 15:30. Closed weekends and public holidays
- Collection hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 15:30, Saturday 09:00 to 13:00
The two schedules are not the same, and the difference is Saturday. Collections run on Saturday mornings when the office itself is closed – so you can fetch an order but you cannot get an account or query dealt with. Friday closes early for both, at 15:30.
Support and escalation routes
Raise a problem with an order or an account on [email protected] or 021 949 9850, quoting your order or consultant number and the date. INUKA publishes payment information and an FAQ that answer most account questions without a call.
Beyond the company, direct selling and retail sales are covered by the Consumer Protection Act. A consumer dispute can go to the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, both free of charge. The CPA also prohibits pyramid and multiplication schemes – if a recruitment offer ever earns more from signing people up than from selling product, that is the Commission’s territory and worth reporting.
INUKA publishes a PAIA manual for formal records requests, and a personal information complaint goes to the Information Regulator.
