The registrar number is an 087 national voice over internet line rather than a Cape Town landline, so it carries no area code clue. The registry issues process and manages the court file; the court manager handles the administration of the office.

Parent organisation
The Labour Court hears disputes referred or reviewed from the CCMA and bargaining councils. The Western Cape high court at 35 Keerom Street on 021 480 2637 is a different court, a few streets away, and does not hear labour matters at first instance.
