Cartrack does not publish branch level telephone numbers or branch addresses anywhere on its South African site, including for Port Elizabeth. Every branch is served by the same national numbers, and a local fitment or service visit is arranged through the national booking form rather than by calling a depot.

Address
Cartrack publishes only a registered address, at 13 Keyes Avenue, Rosebank, with post to PO Box 4709, Rivonia, 2196. No Port Elizabeth or Gqeberha street address is published, so treat any branch address you find elsewhere as unverified. Client services operate on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00, while the emergency recovery line runs 24 hours.
Services at this location
Work that has to happen locally is booked centrally. The service request form covers scheduling unit maintenance, a new fitment, a de-installation or re-installation, fitment related queries, requesting a fitment certificate, changing vehicle ownership, adding a vehicle, app support, updating details, changing a debit order date, contract termination and billing queries for both individuals and companies. Choose the matching option on the form rather than calling the emergency line, which is reserved for theft and hijacking.
Parent organisation
The parent company is Cartrack, a vehicle tracking and fleet telematics provider operating nationally. If the customer care team does not resolve a query, Cartrack publishes an escalations route at [email protected], and a separate ethics mailbox at [email protected] for reporting suspected fraud or ethical irregularities. A tracking subscription is a consumer service agreement, so an unresolved dispute about the contract, cancellation or billing can be taken to the National Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act.
