Cartrack accounts, billing and banking details

How to cancel Cartrack
Cartrack cancellations must be submitted in writing on Cartrack’s cancellation form. Download the Consumer Cancellation Form or Commercial Cancellation Form from the Download Forms page on cartrack.co.za, then send it to clientservices@cartrack.com or call 011 250 3000.
After your agreement expires, the account runs month to month and can be ended with at least one month’s notice. If you did not receive a confirmation, your subscription may still be active, and a cancellation cannot be completed while a required fee is unpaid. Cartrack keeps location data archived for at least five years after termination.
