Cabstrut lists seven locations, each with its own number, its own mailbox and its own hours. Two things are worth noting before you call: three of the seven are agency locations operating under the W.J. Agencies name rather than Cabstrut branches, and almost every location closes early on a Friday.

What this organisation provides
Cabstrut supplies cable management and support systems, including cable ladder, cable tray, strut channel, trunking, brackets, clamps and fixings, together with technical support. Its site carries a product range, downloads and a how to section. Because the products are specified by type, size and duty rating rather than by brand name alone, quote the specification or the drawing reference when you contact a branch rather than describing the item, and ask for the technical team if you need a system specified rather than a price on a known part.
Address and operating information
Every location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The Friday closing time is the detail that catches people out, because it differs by branch: George closes earliest at 14:00, the Eastern Cape locations and Pretoria at 15:00, Johannesburg and Durban at 15:30, and Cape Town is the only location that keeps its normal 16:30 close on a Friday. If you are collecting on a Friday afternoon, confirm the time with that branch first. Note also that Cabstrut still lists the Eastern Cape location as Port Elizabeth rather than Gqeberha.
Support and escalation routes
Deal with the branch that quoted or supplied you, since each keeps its own mailbox and the branches are geographically separate. The three W.J. Agencies locations are worth understanding: they represent Cabstrut in the Eastern Cape and the southern Cape rather than being Cabstrut owned branches, so an account or credit query may involve that agency as well as Cabstrut itself. Ask which entity will invoice you before placing a large order. This is business to business supply, so a dispute is governed primarily by the contract and the purchase order, and transactions above the Consumer Protection Act thresholds fall outside that Act. Where the goods are used on a construction site, the Occupational Health and Safety Act places duties on the employer for safe installation and use, which is separate from any supply obligation.
