Nami Ngikhona is not a business. It is a Mzansi Magic reality series about family inheritance disputes, which premiered in November 2025. There is no company switchboard behind it, so contact runs through the broadcaster and, for anything to do with taking part, the production company.
Reaching the broadcaster

DStv service centres you can walk into
- Randburg: corner Oak Avenue and Grove Street, Ferndale, open Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 17:00
- There are also service centres in Polokwane, Durban Central, Umhlanga and Cape Town
- A service centre handles decoders, accounts and subscriptions. It cannot pass a message to a production, cast you, or resolve a dispute about a programme
- For a complaint about broadcast content, the route is the Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa, and for a licensing matter, ICASA on 011 566 3000
If you want to appear on the show
- Casting is run by the production company commissioned by the channel, not by DStv customer care. Calls are announced on the show official social media pages and on the Mzansi Magic channel itself
- A genuine casting call never asks you for money. No fee for an audition, a registration, a form, a portfolio or a place on a shortlist
- Nobody legitimate will ask for your ID document, bank details or a SIM swap to confirm your participation
- Be especially careful with a show about inheritance: a scam built around it will ask for documents about your family estate. Do not send title deeds, wills or death certificates to anyone who contacted you first
- Verify any casting call against the official channel or show page before replying to it
